Rejan brings depth. Based in Paris, he advises on architecture, AI integration, and the hard technical decisions. Kyva thinks more carefully because of him.
Why we exist
Most businesses in Nepal get generic advice, generic websites, and generic results. We think they deserve better.
Kyva was built to close that gap. We combine strategy, design, technology, and AI in one small team. No hand-offs. No dilution.
We are AI-native, which means AI is part of how we work — not an add-on we sell separately. It makes us faster, more precise, and more useful to the people we work with.
How we work
- Understand first
- We do not propose a solution before we understand the problem. This sounds obvious. It is rarely practised.
- Say what is true
- If we cannot help you, we will say so. Honest advice early is worth more than polite agreement later.
- Small and intentional
- We do not scale by adding people. We scale by working smarter. Every project gets our full attention.
- AI as a tool, not a trick
- We use AI because it makes our work better. We do not use it to cut corners or replace judgment.
